General:
If someone told me before I read the book, that I’d be squealing and kicking my feet for the Faceless man, I would’ve probably laughed.
I don’t annotate books - EVER - but this one? I stopped almost all 10 Pages to make a note on my Tolino.
Detail:
The Character depth, the emotions and the way the world is set up is just prefect. It is very fast paced, but I love it. The relationship a whole storm, everything moving fast but nonetheless I feel like it’s right.
John and Aly move fast, but please… who can resist a man like John? Yes he’s a bit… protective and controlling, but he makes up for it. Loving, sweet, funny as hell and twisted. The relationship may not have started as the healthiest, but it is much more healthy than most of my past relationships. Which is, considering it’s a dark romance book, probably not the best sign.
In short:
If you like a Golden Retriever x Black Cat relationship and are kinky as hell, this book is MADE for you.
