Iām logically not a native speaker either but I learned it long enough now (and even study English as my minor in university currently), so I am fluent even if I never got rid of the bad mixture of Swiss accent, British English (learned in school) and American English (I learned a lot of it through media too, so in the end it influenced my language as well). š¤£
I read many books in English as well (not sure, what I read more though, I just read what interests me, without caring about the language of the book).
