I found this book easy to read. It tells the story of Eliza, the daughter of a baron. However, the main focus is on Katherine Howard, the fifth wife of Henry VIII, King of England. Although Eliza is a fictional character, the book covers many truthful events. Since this was the first book I read in English I found it really enjoyable and not at all difficult to understand, I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn something about England’s history. It also makes a great gift for children.
