The book sucked me in quite quickly, with it’s fulminant start and the it’s way of telling the story.
Patrick Rotfuss understand the way to give you only enough information to keep you entertained, but also to constantly keep you guessing.
Many concepts are not explained at all, and you are left wondering how things work around this world.
That being said, it makes for a lovely fantasy story in which personal relationships play just as much a role, as the lore of the world and the magic within in.
I loved nearly every page of it and can’t wait to read the second book.
