I was lucky to be part of the book circle reading group of this book.
As the title already tells you, the book consists of 8 rules. Each rule is first theoretically explained and then accompanied by different examples from everyday life and exercises. Personally I really liked the exercises because I’ve learned quite some new things about myself (or got remembered).
In general there were some new thoughts and inputs for me but quite a lot of things that were not new to me.
I like the easy language that Jay Shetty uses to explain his 8 rules combined with some very interesting facts and examples.
I’ll definitely take the book out of the shelf again to repeat some of his exercises.
