First of all, usually I don’t really like yellow book covers. But this one caught my eye, and it completes the story it promotes wonderfully. Jinwoo Chong’s «Flux» is one of a kind. At least it doesn’t remind me of anything I have ever read before. I didn’t read the book because I loved the protagonists, rather the storytelling, the mix of different genres and the atmosphere drew me in. It’s about family, reconnection, and relationships, about guilt, identity, and a TV series. If I didn’t know any better, I would say Thomas Raider was a real series and worth a watch. But well, we have to make do with the written episodes and all the drama that unfolds in the real world, but it’s never easy to tell what is real and what is fake. In this case, you have to be awake to understand what is going on, or maybe not?
