Billie planed a quiet Christmas, if not alone than certainly man-free. First her mum has to temporaly move in with her, as her own apartment isn’t renovated on time. Then her vagabond sister turns up and wants to stay over the holidays. When her estranged father calls and asks if he and his new wife could come and stay with her too, Billie has to get out. Her dating app recommands a number of single events in her area, and Billie adds them all to her social calender. She makes some new friends over disco bowling and boozy bingo, and just maybe not beeing alone at Christmas isn’t that bad…
Every time I thought that Billies situation could’t get any worse, another plot twist teaches me better. I suffered with her but still couldn’t stop laughing.
