Although I breezed through the second book as fast as the first one, I do think that “Secret” lacked a lot of depth. In book one I got fed little clues and pieces of the character bit by bit, chapter by chapter whereas in this one everything felt very rushed and almost .. insincere? As if McFadden needed to get it done quickly so everyone stops asking. None the less I did enjoy the ending quite a bit and I even believe there is another part coming on? Either way, it’s a great on-the-go book where you don’t need to pay to much attention to it as there are not even half as many interesting clues and important infomation as in the first book.
