Milk Fed explores the relationship between mothers/mothering, love, sex, food and religion, and the obsession that all of these can instill. I really liked this book, even though it evolved from the initial LOL quality to something much more sexual and deeper, evaluating, in at times uncomfortable detail, the way in which the obsessions intersect much more heavily than one might expect. It’s really all there in the cover, if you want to see it.
