Alicia has shot her husband 6 years ago. But noone knows why, as she hasn’t spoken a word since. Theo is a psychotherapist and convinced that he can make Alicia talk.
It’s not a action-filled thriller, it’s more slow-bure. The tension is always there, and doesn’t let you put the book back down. There’s a huge plottwist for the conclusion, didn’t see that one coming. As I finished the book, I realised that the book actually just feeds off this one major twist.
