One of the Girls is my first book by Lucy Clarke and I am positive it won’t be the last one. I got into the story fairly quickly due to the likeable characters and easy-going writing style. I enjoyed the bits of cultural information about Greece, both result in a rounded overall picture. Initially, I saw it as a cozy read, but later on, I had to revise my opinion. The story may begin at a leisurely pace but don’t be discouraged there is more here than meets the eye. Twist after twist and no end in sight.
I think One of the Girls is a good start to getting to know the author and I¨'m glad she has written many more. Now I only have to pick one.
