There’s a lot going on in this story. The “evil” landlord, opening of a new vet pratice, an unethical bunny breeder, a poisened stream, anxiety attacks and of course some love drama.
I listened to the audiobook. Some characters (grandma e.g.) and some scenes (undercover at the bunny breeding barn) were funny, and the story was easy to listen to, but I wasn’t captivated by it, too shallow to reach the full potential of the setting.
