This book was a nice read!
I kind of just started reading this novel because Harry Styles will play the leading role in its movie adaptation. So while reading, I was thinking about how Harry would perform in this role and I think it suits him very well!
However, the novel deals with important issues like how people belonging to the LGBTQ+ Community were treated and frowned upon. Therefore, I can absolutely recommend this read if you are interested in this topic.
Nonetheless, I did not give the 4 stars rating because the first part of the book was rather an uphill battle to me as it rather proceeds slow and somehow I was not too interested in Marion’s struggles. Might be because I was awaiting Harry’s character…
In conclusion, I think as a fan, this is a must-read.
