I discovered Alix E. Harrow last year when I read ‘The Once and Future Witches’ and I can’t get enough of her. This is second book with Zinnia as the protagonist, and it didn’t disappoint. It’s action-packed, laugh out loud funny, and emotionally moving too - there’s a lot packed into this short book and it’s wonderful.
