3.5 Stars. This is just a me-problem, though. I think. I was so confused of this “story in a story” thing! It was a weird mix of an easy read and the story dragging on. Maybe I just didn’t get it. I expected to get Buttercup and Westley, a classic story of good and bad but instead I got an author explaining his reasons between the pages of Buttercup and Westley. I did love Fezzik and Inigo and the humor. But every time I got into the story, there was another cut. It started to annoy me to the point of me not caring anymore.
I’ll go watch the movie later and see what to make of this.
