You will get drawn into this story immediately, twist by twist. The suspense is rolling like old wallpaper slowly slipping from its wall. This is a book that got me hooked by its cover. I haven’t read anything from this author, and the text on the back only revealed as much. Just enough to spark my curiosity, and I wasn’t disappointed. I like stories that don’t reveal too much at the beginning, such as those that constantly have you guessing what might come next. And this back and forth results in the suspense never ceasing, and before you know it, the story has come to its conclusion. I think the highest peak of suspense arose when Bonnie slowly began to see behind the curtain of secrets; those revelations opened a completely new playground of possibilities for her, and she certainly took advantage of it.
