I was hooked from the start. Washington Poe has to go back into police service when his name is carved in a body. But the case takes him right back to his home town.
Chapter for chapter another layer is uncovered but all misleading.
I really loved the chemistry between Washington Poe and the analyst Tilly Bradshaw, got vibes like Derek and Penelope from Criminial Minds, a fun banter and he’s looking out for her. Can’t wait to continue this series and see how these characters evolve.
