When I read Mississippi Blood I saw that book as the conclusion and end of an era. After completing The Southern Man, I agree that the series has found an even better ending. Greg Iles has done a fine job, I enjoyed the whole series mostly as an Audio. I intend to buy the missing titles on paper to complete the series on my shelves. These books are in my opinion worthy to read again.
Every book of the series is packed with information, with The Southern Man I didn’t expect any less. Some might be intimidated by the number of pages, as they are always on the higher side. Just give it a try, it’s worth it.
