This was my first experience reading a book by Emily Henry. Although I typically prefer thrillers, I found this romance novel surprisingly engaging. The writing is captivating and consistently maintains interest, making it a pleasure to read. The characters are well-developed and their backgrounds add depth to the narrative, enhancing the overall excitement of the story. The ability to empathize with the characters and share in their experiences adds an immersive quality to the reading experience. What I appreciated most was the constant action and the author’s ability to craft compelling sentences.
