I see, thanks! I’ve heard mixed reviews about Shadow and Bone, and that Six of Crows is understandable without reading S&B first. I am always a little hesitant if I hear that a lot of people are not the biggest fan of a Triology that’s kind of a must-read before reading the book I’d set out to read - I have a similar problem with the Caraval Series currently. Depending on how Crooked Kingdom will be, I may look further into King of Scars, thank you! 🙂

Yes, the Shadow and Bone Triology are the books “Shadow and Bone”, “Siege and Storm” and “Run and Rising” and they play in the Grishaverse too - as far as I’ve heard. But the real question is: if everyone is obsessed with Nikolai, am I ready to tumble head over heels for him? ;p
I already read Six of Crows but I may need to skim it again before reading Crooked Kingdom!
And I just read two other books of Leigh Bardugo - Ninth House and Hell Bent. Have you guys read it?
