I have to say, I like these two almost more than I like Shane and Ilya.. (Don’t hate me)
Their romance is filled with misunderstandings (not miscommunication, just simply no communication), thirst, slow burn and (of course) a happy end! I really liked Erics sturggle with age both in the hockey community where 41 is old, almost ancient, and in the dating pool with being attracted to 25 year old Kyle. I also liked how Kyles guilt was portraied but I would have wished for someone to shake him and tell him, that it was not his fault and that he was being groomed! (Not by Eric, we like Eric)
I really enjoyed listening to this audio book, which has a different (imo better) narrator, even though he struggles with Ilyas russain accent a bit.
I can’t wait for them to be portraied in the TV Series!!
