If you are a patient of Dr. Adrienne Hale, be aware that it is not what you say that matters but how you say it. Or you will have to pay the price for it.
This is now the second book from Freida McFadden and I am slowly getting addicted to her books, and I am beginning to like her style of writing. I think what compels me the most is that you don’t know where the story might lead, those hints are placed so carefully that you barely recognize them as such. I enjoy books that are not too obvious right from the start, with plots that challenge the reader and a mesmerizing showdown at the end.
I think in Never Lie the author has ticked off all those points. Don’t get your head messed up by all those twists, if you think you have read past the last one, there are still more coming and letting the story take another unexpected direction.
