Both hilarious and infuriating, the exploits of Yoshiko and her friends don’t disappoint.
Why infuriating? Because every single character (bar one (and the dog)) is a hopeless nimrod, beyond saving, and sometimes I as the reader couldn’t help but ask: “Why?? Why do you do this? Again?! Really? Have you learned nothing?!” But then again, that’s part of the charm.
I think one should check out the first volume before going at the series as a whole. The kind of humour either klicks or it doesn’t. On one side its formulaic in itself, on the other its refreshingly different when compared to other comedy manga.
