The story follows Lily while she tries to be the best bridesmaid you will ever see to her (FIVE!) girlfriends. Be prepared for a lot of drama #bridezilla! Besides being witty and hilarious, Lily is a wonderful friend and an even greater person. Sara Goodman Confino created a particularly likeable, yet relatable flawed, character. As she is the narrator of the story, this book is very easy to love.
The romantic plotline is very sweet but not front and center. I especially enjoyed the insight in the different friendships. It clearly shows how we tend to have different personalities around different friends. I am sure we all relate to that. But do not worry romance lovers! You will stumble upon one hot guy or two 😉.
