I quite enjoyed this book. Not because of an amazing plot or great writing, but more because of the vibes it gives. The plot itself is quite predictable and at times a bit too “what the reader wishes to read” rather than what actually makes sense. It is a little bit like a bad version of “a court of thorns and roses”. This might sound pretty bad, but I, as I mentioned before quite liked it. I listened to the audiobook, which might have made it a bit better for me than it actually is, because I can do other activities while listening along. Especially as an audiobook it is pretty good, because you don’t need to pay attention every second and you can easily do other tasks and still follow the plot. So, yeah it is nice to pass the time with and I will probably read or listen to the other books of this series as well, but it is nothing that special.
