First of all, I have to say that I love all of Lauren Asher’s books. They are all so good. But this one, this one was the best one I’ve read so far in my opinion! I haven’t been so captivated by a book in a long time and read it in one go. I cried, laughed and wanted to throw the book across my room. You really feel what the characters are feeling.
Wrecked is the third book in the Dirty Air series and in my opinion the best, as I said before.
But why?
The first chapter of the book already grabbed me, I couldn’t believe what I was reading and wanted to know what happens next. The two characters don’t have it easy. They both have something in their past or future that gives them trouble and makes them the people they are. But as the book goes on, you begin to understand them better. And I have to say, you can feel the sparkle between them from the beginning, the tension they have is just wow. You think he’s a bad boy, but he’s actually really sweet and just wants the best for everyone.
And in a book where she (Elena) has to “babysit” a hot Formula 1 star named Jax from the UK, you already know this is going to be a fantastic book.😍
